The Weekly Dartscast with Darius Labanauskas and Ryan Hogarth, Pro Tour and Premier League Review, Premier League Glasgow Picks and more

We’re back with episode 91 of the Weekly Dartscast!

Co-hosts Alex Moss and Burton DeWitt are joined by two guests this week, as Lithuania’s number one and new PDC tour card holder Darius Labanauskas and recent Dutch Open runner-up Ryan Hogarth call in.

We start by looking back at the first weekend of Pro Tour action in 2019, which saw wins for Michael van Gerwen and Dave Chisnall.

The team take your questions, including what heights they think Glen Durrant can hit in 2019, can Dimitri van den Bergh fix his floor form and what do they make of the increased format for the Players Championship semi-finals and finals?

Darius then calls in to discuss his first weekend playing as a PDC tour card holder, his time in the BDO and his transition over to the PDC, beating Barney at Ally Pally, winning a tour card at Euro Q-School and what his goals are for 2019.

Our co-hosts then reflect on night one of the Premier League by taking more of your questions, including whether they think Gerwyn Price can win a major this year, which of the ‘Contenders’ could be in the field next year and what their favourite walk on song is from the nine regular Premier League players?

Ryan then calls in to the show and we talk about his recent run to the final of the Dutch Open, debuting at Lakeside last month, look ahead to this weekend’s Scottish Open and see what his plans are for the rest of the year.

The team then give their picks for the second week of action in Glasgow. Join the team on Twitter in making your predictions to be in with a chance of winning a signed set of James Wade darts, courtesy of Unicorn.
