Weekly Dartscast Episode 269: Keane Barry, Jurjen van der Velde, Conor Heneghan, PDC World Youth Championship Preview Special

Host Alex Moss is back with a bonus episode during the World Grand Prix.

The 2022 Development Tour concludes with the last four events of the season this weekend, with a spot in the Grand Slam of Darts, two spots in the PDC World Championship, and a pair of PDC tour cards up for grabs, and the PDC World Youth Championship will also be played down to the final this Sunday.

First, Keane Barry (1:17) calls in to look back on his first two years as a PDC tour card holder, including his first match win in the PDC World Championship last year, the run to the UK Open semi-finals, and his thoughts on the growing standard in the Development Tour.

Next, Dutch teenager Jurjen van der Velde (15:41) stops by to talk through his career so far, winning some of the biggest youth titles, including the World Masters and JDC World Championship, as well as claiming two titles on both the Challenge and Development Tours in the last two years.

Then, Conor Henegan (28:37) joins us to look back on a breakthrough year, winning his first PDC title on the Development Tour, as well as impressing in the Modus League, and his hopes to join the growing list of Irish players on the PDC main tour.
