The team are joined by Callan Rydz, who won the 2019 Challenge Tour at the weekend, to secure a two-year tour card and a place in the PDC World Championship at the end of the year. Callan calls in to discuss his success in Wigan over the weekend, his 2019 so far, and his hopes for his first year on the tour next year.
Alex and Burton then bring us their preview of the World Grand Prix, the first major in a busy final three months of the year, which starts in Dublin on Sunday. After being unsuccessful in his three previous title defences, could it be fourth time lucky for Michael van Gerwen in his bid to retain the World Grand Prix? The team discuss the world number one’s chances and also pick out their favourite first-round ties.
Jermaine Wattimena then joins us on the show to talk about his career so far, breaking into the PDC’s top 20, making his World Cup debut earlier this year, and his targets for the rest of the season.
