Richard Veenstra has reclaimed top spot in the BDO men’s rolling rankings.
Jim Williams, who was number one, has dropped to third, after the points from his victories in the Belfry Open and Bruges Open in May last year, came off his ranking.
The Bruges double-header has been switched to September this year, so along with Williams losing his points, the likes of Derk Telnekes, Dean Reynolds and Mario Vandenbogaerde have also seen points drop off.
Wesley Harms has also climbed one spot, from third to second, while Ryan Hogarth has climbed two places from 17th to 15th. Martin Adams and Tony O’Shea have also seen their ranking improve since the weekend.
In the ladies’ rolling rankings, Lisa Ashton has stretched her lead at the top, from 28 to 42 points over Fallon Sherrock, in second.
The World Trophy points from last year are set to drop off the rolling rankings this weekend, which will mostly affect Roz Bulmer, Kyle McKinstry, Peter Machin, Michael Unterbuchner, Fallon Sherrock, Ross Montgomery and Lorraine Winstanley.
