Co-hosts Alex Moss and Burton DeWitt are joined by three guests on the show and have plenty to discuss, as the PDC World Championship came to an end and the BDO gets set to stage their World Championship!
The team recap Michael van Gerwen’s third world title success at Alexandra Palace and discuss how it compares to his first two victories.
The world number one beat Michael Smith 7-3 in the final and the team analyse the final and pick out the key moments, as well as discussing which unseeded players impressed them the most.
We’re joined by Nathan Aspinall, fresh from his run to the semi-finals at Alexandra Palace on his debut. The Asp drops by to discuss that career-changing run which has propelled him to the brink of the PDC’s top 32 and looks ahead to 2019 and find out what his goals are for next season.
We then move on to our preview for the upcoming BDO World Championship at Lakeside and the team are joined by former major finalist Wes Newton, who makes his debut in the event on the opening day on Saturday.
We’re also joined by a three-time finalist at Lakeside, and a winner of more than 100 titles, Deta Hedman, who calls in to look ahead to her 10th consecutive appearance at the tournament and whether this could be her year.
The team also make their semi-finals, final and winners’ predictions for both the men’s and ladies’ events too!
